Account Setup Information

Log in Instructions

  1. Visit the Download Portal Log In page.
  2. Enter your username and password. For new users, your temporary log in information will be in an email invitation.
  3. Click “Log In” or press the Enter key.
  4. Once you’re logged in, you can download your files by clicking “Download.”

Congratulations! You have now downloaded your data. This data will remain accessible to you for future downloads through the portal.

Change your password

Be sure to change your temporary password if this is your first time logging in.

  1. Navigate to the “Settings” tab.
  2. Scroll down and click “Change Password.”
  3. Enter your current or temporary password.
  4. Enter and retype your new password.
  5. Click “Update.”

You have successfully reset your password and can return to this portal at anytime.
